A very big room, clean and in a quiet street. Amazing hosts who were the most helpful and friendly I've come across this year in my travels. Excellent homemade map with great recommendations on restaurants and sites in Chiang Mai. Close to bars, food stalls, and a big fruit and veg market. In-house tour was fantastic with a great guide. Bottles of water provided, which is a nice touch.
Felt quite safe, no complaints whatsoever.
